It’s all about a healthy living environment!
A grant for $2,500 helped Envision buy and install two electric power lifts. Huge thank you to the Byron and Margaret Brown Endowment Fund, held at the Foundation, for making this ongoing vision of “creating a healthy living environment” possible.
The lifts allow staff to safely transfer someone from their wheel chair into their bed or another chair with ease. The Residential Program Coordinator had this to say about the installation of the power lifts at two homes supported by Envision,
“Both recipients have expressed excitement and gratitude, as well as our staff. Thank you again for the assistance, it is greatly appreciated.”
