A New Fund at the Foundation

Mariann Johnston (pictured) has been a pillar of Fort Lupton her entire life— and has worked with Bank of Colorado for nearly 25 years – serving her customers, colleagues, and community with dedication, warmth, and an unwavering commitment to making a difference. As she retired from her career at Bank of Colorado, her legacy continues through a new charitable fund established in her honor by the Fort Lupton Community Foundation.

This fund will support a cause close to her heart, supporting children and adults with disabilities. Titled the Johnston Journey Fund, this charitable endeavor is ensuring that Mariann’s impact lasts for generations to come.

To celebrate Mariann’s remarkable contributions, the Weld Community Foundation, where the Fort Lupton Community Foundation’s funds are held, matched donations to this fund up to $10,000.

It’s a fitting tribute to someone who has always put others first, treating every customer like family and championing Fort Lupton with boundless energy.

While no one can truly fill Mariann’s shoes, her spirit of generosity and service will continue to inspire.
