The Fort Lupton Community Foundation was established to serve the people of the greater Fort Lupton area. As an affiliate of the nonprofit Weld Community Foundation, we help donors find meaningful ways to give back, strengthen their community, and build a lasting legacy.

The Fort Lupton Community Foundation is guided by a local Advisory Board with an in-depth understanding of the community’s needs. The Board provides strategic direction and makes recommendations in the best interests of the greater area’s citizens.
Fort Lupton Community Foundation grants are designated to meet the greatest needs in the Fort Lupton area. Grants of up to $5,000 are awarded twice each year. For the fall 2026 cycle, the grant committee seeks projects that promote or incorporate the arts in Fort Lupton.
