The Carbon Valley Community Fund was created by neighbors who saw the power of community and wanted to keep generosity local.
As an affiliate of the nonprofit Weld Community Foundation, we help donors find meaningful ways to give back, strengthen their community, and build a legacy. We know the Carbon Valley is stronger when we look out for one another. From helping to build shared community spaces, supporting local nonprofits and community groups, and meeting community needs after a disaster, this fund is here to make sure the people and organizations in our region have what they need to thrive.
Our Why
Carbon Valley’s needs and opportunities are growing.
Resources should be easy to reach and close to home.
When challenges arise, we respond together.
Generosity builds connection and connection builds community.
